» Corporate Finance - Reverse Buyout
Hi! I am doing a thesis for my finance class on the methods that
companies used to raise capital. One of the main focus is on reverse
buyout. I am not familiar with this topic, so I hope there are experts
that can direct me to this.
I would also like to know, if you can provide solution or a reference
to my following questions on reverse buyout.
1. What's its advantages and disadvantages?
2. How risky is it for Small to Medium Sized companies?
3. Interest rate is high now in the world, particulary in Southeast
Asia. Is reverse buyout a good method to raise capital?
4. What are the requirements to do a reverse buyout (in detail)?
5. What kind of industries (type of business, eg. retail, banking,

mkovacs@attglobal.netI have been doing taxes this year, and the short answer is... it
depends. Primarily it depends on how much you want to owe at the end
of the year and whether there will be any penalties on your overall
tax bill. There is nothing that requires you to pay tax on this
income immediately, but if you would rather be safe than sorry, you
could make an estimate on your state and federal taxes, but I would

» Cardboard or tin boxes more environmentally-friendly?
I am an environmentally-concerned artist that creates recycled cards
and stationary and would like to know if it would be better to package
them in cardboard boxes or tin boxes. What is the relative
environmental impact of each? or do you have a better environmental
solution? It seems to me that since cardboard is biodegradable, it is more
environmentally friendly. Tin will eventually rust away to nothing,
but the cardboard would be long gone.Tin does not rust. Tin artifacts have been found that are thousands of
years old. Cardboard is essentially wood pulp; if exposed to the
elements, it deteriorates and mingles with the soil. If I were in your
position, I'd choose cardboard for its environmental friendliness.

How do I delay sending an email in Yahoo? I do not have Outlook &

There is no built-in mechanism in the Yahoo! Web mail client to delay
sending an option. Even with an email client like Outlook Express you
may not actually predefine what time a message to send to. The only
solution to such a problem may be with an Information Management tool,
which allows you to set reminders and upon its expiry allows you to do
various things as per your liking, such as sending an email.
With the Yahoo web based email interface your only solution is to use
